Welgo is committed to taking into account the protection of your personal data and privacy right from the design stage of our services. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security and guarantee that your rights are respected and properly exercised. All personal data is transmitted securely using TLS encryption.

  1. What personal data does Welgo use and why?

When you use our Welgo service, we process the following personal data:

– Identification and registration data: name, email, phone number, postal address (processed via Tally and Crisp and stored on Microsoft Azure servers in France).

– Payment information (processed via Stripe)

– Personal space access data: password, login credentials (processed via Auth0)

– Device information: MAC address, IP address, operating system, browser type and version

– Customer service and satisfaction tracking data

– Reaction data to targeted advertising

– Geolocation data of bicycles

– Bicycle usage data for maintenance purposes

– Personal data required for rental contracts with our financing company

We use this data for the following purposes:

– Contract performance and service provision

– Legitimate interests (IT management, legal, security, service improvement, understanding user expectations, measuring advertising campaign performance)
