Your bike
Our range of 5 models has been carefully selected to fit all sizes, from 4’9″ to 6’7″. Some models, like the Maya, are recommended for riders starting from 5’3″ due to their larger wheels.
Yes, absolutely. Several of our models, including the Max, offer the ability to adjust the height of the saddle and handlebars in just a few seconds. This is ideal if your bike is intended to be used by multiple people. Additionally, our frames are designed without specific sizing, making the geometry of our bikes suitable for people of all sizes.

Yes, it is, and for a full recharge, allow about 6 hours. Important: to preserve its lifespan, keep the battery fully charged and avoid letting it discharge for too long.
Some models, like the Max, are designed to fold, making storage easier. Longtails are the size of a regular electric bike, so they’re compatible with bike storage rooms. A cargo bike may require a courtyard or indoor parking.

The buyback calculation ranges from 15 to 20% for 12 months and from 30 to 40% for 24 months, adjusted according to the condition and mileage of the bike. Note that the bike will be eligible for state aid for a refurbished bike upon buyback (up to €600 in Ile-de-France).
Don’t panic, contact us for a replacement. The replacement of a key costs €25. In case of a stuck key, make sure to secure your bike in a safe place.
The subscription
Absolutely, you have the freedom to upgrade your plan at any time during the subscription, whether it’s from flexible to 12 or 24 months, or from 12 months to 24 months to benefit from a better rate. In case of a change during the month, we will apply a prorated adjustment.
Yes, your subscription adapts to your family’s evolution. You can modify your bike’s accessories, such as switching from a baby seat to a cushion as your children grow, so your bike always meets your current needs.
Of course! At Welgo, we understand that families evolve, and we strive to adapt to your needs as best as possible, depending on availability. If your family is growing, you have the option to switch to a cargo bike designed to carry 2 to 3 children, for example.
Yes, the Welgo subscription is eligible for the Sustainable Mobility Package. You can be reimbursed a portion of your subscription by your employer, up to €800 per year per employee, all of which is tax and social security exempt. Find all the details on ecologie.gouv.fr.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply sending an email to info@welgo-bike.com. Note that a notice period of fifteen days is required. Following your request, you will receive an email confirming the end of your subscription as well as instructions for returning your bike.
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the start of the subscription to cancel your commitment. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@welgo-bike.com.
Absolutely, you can subscribe to the subscription on behalf of your company, making professional mobility management easier.

Yes, to subscribe to Welgo, it is imperative to have civil liability insurance.
Service
Your subscription includes:
- Delivery to your chosen address
- The family pack with each bike for a complete experience
- Preventive maintenance every 4 to 6 months to keep your bike in perfect condition
- On-site intervention in case of breakdown. Park the bike and we’ll take care of it.
- Breakdown service for you and your bike in case of a problem more than 1km from your location
Not included in your subscription:
- Aesthetic damage and losses (keys, charger, accessories, etc.)
- Travel expenses outside the service area, travel expenses in case of missed appointments
Comprehensive insurance covers theft, breakage, and even damage to your bike. The golden rule? Lock your bike with the provided lock without the battery.
If your bike is stolen, contact our hotline available 7 days a week. We activate the search using a GPS tracker and replace your bike within 24 hours, subject to availability.
If the theft occurs while the bike was properly locked and without the battery, our insurance covers the theft. A deductible of €300 will be charged only if the bike is not recovered.
We will contact you within 48 hours after validating your order to arrange delivery. The reception lasts about 10 minutes, the time to familiarize yourself with your new companion on the road.
At Welgo, each family has a dedicated contact person for personalized assistance. In case of need, contact them and they will take care of everything: intervention where you are, replacement of your bike if necessary. Ride worry-free, we handle the rest.
Payment
You can pay your subscription by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or by SEPA transfer for simplified management. Once your payment method is registered during the first payment, subsequent rents will be automatically debited on this same method.
Your first payment will be made when you sign up for the Welgo service. Then, subsequent rents will be debited each month, on the anniversary date of the delivery of your bike, ensuring transparency and regularity in your payments.
